What does the ALFA and ALFA-CRP alert level mean? It is the lowest of the four alert levels defined in the act on anti-terrorist activities. The ALFA-CRP degree is practically the same, but in cyberspace. It is announced in order to be especially vigilant and to pay attention to any non-standard situations. Especially during important diplomatic visits and on special anniversaries.
