What is the highest mountain in Europe?

przez Tomasz

The highest mountain in Europe is the Mont Blanc peak in the Alps. It measures as much as 4,807 meters above sea level (above sea level).

Some people believe that another peak deserves the title of the highest European mountain. Mount Elbrus, belonging to the Caucasus range, which lies on the border of the European and Asian continents, is 5,642 meters high. which is much more than Mont Blanc (835 meters to be exact).

The decision in this matter is not unequivocal, however, due to the fact that the delineation of the exact border between these two continents is conventional.
