Black garlic is not a variation of ordinary garlic, but a processed form of it. To prepare black garlic, it must be kept at a high temperature (above 40 degrees Celsius) for many weeks, as a result of which it undergoes the aging process (fermentation) and changes color. Black garlic has many beneficial nutritional properties, it is made of, among others, delicious vegetable paste. It has a unique, slightly sweet taste.
